| 12 of 12 people found the following review helpful:  Awesomely Fun Character, = Fun: This review is from: Skylanders Spyro's Adventure: Bash (Accessory) Please note I am using statistics from the Legendary edition of Bash but they make no difference as he is the same minus power and defense upgrades.Such an awesome character and will definitely be my choice of Earth Skylander, Bash is both a hard hitter and a good romper. He starts out pretty basic with just swinging his tail and rolling but you can upgrade him to summon stone pillars from the ground which he can destroy to send a surprise hit to a far enemy. Hitting the pillar to send out a boulder is a good long-range tactic, and the pillar also protects you from attacks. His strength is unmatched, as he could do 80 damage a hit or potentially 300- that's right, 300- if you choose the top Path and get the tail-charging attack. He is also very helpful in the later Fire-theme levels, which are blocked by lots of rocks, but he can actually destroy him without an annoying pick. He is a Defense tank as well, many attacks from enemies have had no effect on him, and... His tail swipe, which swings in a circular motion around his body does a lot of damage. His alternative attack curls him into a ball and he then proceeds to roll enemies over. The rolling ball attack is also useful for getting around since he isn't a very fast Skylander on his feet. Your better off waiting until the initial popularity dies down and buying them for the original $7.97 price at wal-mart and various other places like Best buy or Target. Even Toys R' Us is only $9.99 every one of these retailers are rip off artists looking to steal your money. Even Drill Sergeant and Whirlwind are going to be released at the end of this month as part of a 3 pack in the states so they are no longer exclusive. So don't pay these prices. Boycott Amazon's price gouging and just be patient.As for Bash he's a descent close range fighter. I bought him at Wal-Mart for $7.97. He's actually one of the easiest to find. As for the actual gameplay he has a descent crag growing ability that smashes when you tail whip it. I focused on the melee aspect but he also has a spin move that helps him move faster. He's pretty descent. Not my first pick but adequate. |
